You can request permanent deletion of your MyPicks AI account and associated data at any time. To submit a request, email our support team from the email address linked to your account.
What gets deleted
- Account information (email, profile, settings)
- Uploaded slips and screenshots
- App usage data and AI-generated analyses tied to your account
What may be retained
Certain payment receipts and legal records may be retained temporarily to comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations. These records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
