To use MyPicks AI you create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with a supported third-party provider (such as Apple or Google). When you create an account we collect your email address, a hashed password (if applicable), and a unique user identifier.

We use this information to authenticate you, secure your account, sync your activity across devices, and communicate important account or service messages. We do not sell your login information.

Paid subscriptions to MyPicks AI are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment details — including your credit card, Apple ID, and billing address — are handled by Apple and are never shared with or stored by MyPicks AI.

We only receive a subscription receipt and status (active, expired, cancelled, or in a trial/grace period) so we can unlock or restrict premium features in your account. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your subscription, use your Apple ID settings or contact Apple Support.

We use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how the app is used so we can improve performance, fix bugs, and prioritize new features. Analytics data may include anonymized device type, OS version, app version, crash reports, screens viewed, and feature interactions.

We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we do not sell analytics data to third parties or advertisers.

MyPicks AI uses third-party AI models to analyze parlay screenshots and generate insights, confidence scores, and matchup commentary. When you upload a parlay or request an analysis, the relevant content (such as the image or text of your pick) is transmitted to our AI providers strictly for the purpose of generating a response.

AI-generated output is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

Account data, uploaded parlays, and AI-generated analyses are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Some records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below.

MyPicks AI is intended for users who are of legal sports-betting age in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
